KC Payment Quickbooks is Expensive

While QuickBooks is convenient for keeping your books, their credit card processor, Intuit (which happens to own QuickBooks), will charge you premium rates. Inuit does not offer interchange-plus pricing because they assume people will be willing to pay expensive tiered rates to use its software.

Many processors offer software plug-ins that interface with QuickBooks, but plug-ins work to varying degrees.
